Swim Meet 101
- Swim meets occur on Tuesday or Thursday evenings
- Swimmers check in with coach and/or the clerk of course for his/her age group
- Bring lots of water and healthy snacks (fruit, veggies, cheese sticks, sandwiches)
- Warm ups for home meets begin at 5:00, away meets begin at 5:30. Meets begin at 6:00, and will usually last about 2 hours.
- We can always use extra shaded canopies for swimmers to sit under when they are not in the water.
